At DARTIQ, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and retain personal information when you join our VIP waiting list, use referral links or interact with our registration services.

We process the information necessary to respond to your request to join the VIP waiting list and prepare access to DARTIQ.

Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time. We may also process limited technical information based on our legitimate interest in protecting our registration services against misuse.

Separate promotional marketing unrelated to your requested VIP registration will only be sent where an appropriate legal basis exists, including consent where required.

5. Ambassador Referral Tracking

DARTIQ operates an ambassador referral programme.

When you visit our registration page using a unique ambassador link or QR code, a referral code and campaign identifier may be included in the link.

If you register, these identifiers are stored with your registration to record which ambassador referred you.

Ambassadors may receive aggregated statistics such as registration totals. We do not automatically disclose your name or email address to an ambassador solely because they referred you.

6. Service Providers

DARTIQ uses third-party technology providers to operate the VIP registration system.

These providers may process relevant technical or personal data when delivering their services. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards must apply.

VIP waiting-list information is retained for as long as necessary to administer the invitation and registration process.

For people who do not activate a DARTIQ account, we aim to delete or anonymise their waiting-list information within 12 months after the VIP launch on 15 December 2026, unless a longer period is necessary for a legitimate purpose or applicable legal obligation.

If you activate a DARTIQ account, relevant account and membership records may be retained for the duration of your membership and any applicable legal retention requirements.

Security and rate-limiting records are retained only as necessary for fraud prevention and service protection.

9. VIP Membership and Free Trial

Joining the VIP waiting list does not create a paid subscription.

The DARTIQ VIP Founder offer is advertised at €19.99 per year. Eligible members can activate a seven-day free trial after launch, subject to the applicable membership terms.

No payment details are required to join the waiting list or begin the trial. A paid subscription requires a separate payment decision and authorisation.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect registration data, including restricted database access, encrypted connections, verification of registration requests, and abuse prevention mechanisms.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when DARTIQ's services or data processing activities change.
